If you are a student and you already have two Special Abilities, then you are not allowed to register as a Creature, but if you have only one, or none, then you are allowed to register as one Creature.
If you are an adult and you already have three Special Abilities, then you are not allowed to register as a Creature, but if you have only two, one, or none, then you are allowed to register as one Creature.
